A 6-day safari that combines Maasai Mara in Kenya and Serengeti National Park in Tanzania offers the opportunity to witness incredible wildlife and stunning landscapes in East Africa.

Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara

Morning departure from Nairobi and drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Lunch en route. Check-in at your chosen lodge or camp. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight in Maasai Mara.

Day 2: Maasai Mara

Morning and afternoon game drives in Maasai Mara. Explore the savannah and look for the Big Five. Visit a Maasai village (optional cultural activity). All meals and overnight in Maasai Mara.

Day 3: Maasai Mara to Serengeti

Breakfast in Maasai Mara and proceed to cross the border into Tanzania. Drive to the Isebania border and complete border formalities. Meet our Tanzanian guide and continue to the Serengeti. Game drive en route.

Dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park

Full-day game drives in the Serengeti. Witness the Great Migration (seasonal, if timing is right). Explore the vast plains and observe diverse wildlife. All meals and overnight in the Serengeti.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park

Another full day of game drives in the Serengeti. Explore different regions of the park. Visit the Serengeti Visitor Center. Dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater and Return to Arusha

Early breakfast and departure to the Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a day of wildlife viewing. Picnic lunch in the crater. Late afternoon drive back to Arusha. Arrive in Arusha in the evening.

Transfer to your hotel or drop-off at the Kilimanjaro International Airport if you have a departing flight.
