Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. Meet our guide and transfer to your accommodation.

Depending on your arrival time, you may have a brief birdwatching excursion in Nairobi National Park.

Day 2: Nairobi – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, drive to Lake Naivasha, approximately a 2-3 hour drive. Arrive at your lodge near Lake Naivasha. After lunch, take a boat trip on Lake Naivasha for birdwatching. Species to look out for: African Fish Eagle, Goliath Heron, Pied Kingfisher, and more. Evening relaxation at the lodge.
