Itenariry

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi and Transfer to Nairobi National Park

You will be picked-up from the airport to your accommodation near Nairobi National Park. Check-in at your lodge or camp in the vicinity of Nairobi National Park. After settling in, you can choose to explore Nairobi National Park on an afternoon game drive. This park is unique as it’s located just outside the city, offering wildlife viewing with a city backdrop. Return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Full Day in Nairobi National Park

Start the day with an early morning game drive in Nairobi National Park to catch the wildlife during their most active hours. Return to your accommodation for breakfast. You have the option to visit the nearby David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, the Giraffe Centre, or the Nairobi National Museum to learn more about Kenya’s wildlife and culture. In the afternoon, embark on another game drive or choose a guided nature walk within the park.

Return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Travel to Maasai Mara

Check out of your Nairobi National Park accommodation after breakfast. Depart for the Maasai Mara, which is approximately a 5-6 hour drive from Nairobi. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy scenic views along the way.

Arrive at your chosen lodge or camp within Maasai Mara, check-in, and have lunch. In the late afternoon, head out for a game drive in Maasai Mara to witness the incredible wildlife, especially the Big Five. Return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Full Day in Maasai Mara

Begin the day with an early morning game drive in Maasai Mara to catch the predators on the hunt and other wildlife in action. Return to your lodge or camp for breakfast. Spend the day exploring the Maasai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. You can also opt for a hot air balloon safari for a unique perspective of the park. Have lunch at your accommodation. Continue your wildlife encounters with another game drive.

Return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Maasai Mara Game Drive and Departure

Enjoy a final morning game drive in Maasai Mara. Return to your lodge or camp for breakfast and check-out.

Depart for Nairobi, Arrive in Nairobi in the early evening. You can spend your last evening in Nairobi exploring the city, shopping for souvenirs, or dining at a local restaurant.
