Day 1: Transfer from Entebbe to Mgahinga National Park

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, where you’ll be greeted by our guide. Start your journey from Entebbe to Mgahinga National Park, which is located in southwestern Uganda. The drive typically takes around 8-9 hours, depending on road conditions and traffic. Enjoy the scenic views as you travel through the countryside, passing rural villages and beautiful landscapes. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to stop for refreshments and a delicious lunch. Arrive at Mgahinga National Park in the late afternoon or early evening.

Check-in at your accommodation and take some time to rest and relax after the long journey. In the evening, you can explore the nearby surroundings or simply enjoy a quiet evening at the lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking

Wake up early and have a hearty breakfast. Meet our guide and proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing before starting your gorilla trekking adventure. Embark on a thrilling trek through the dense forests of Mgahinga in search of the mountain gorillas. Spend a magical hour observing and photographing the gorillas in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to your accommodation to rest and reflect on the incredible experience.

Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking

Enjoy another early morning breakfast to energize yourself for the day. Meet your guide and head to the park headquarters for the golden monkey tracking experience. After the tracking, you can explore the park further or engage in other activities like bird watching or nature walks.

Day 4: Departure
